Travelsoft doubles down expansion with yet another acquisition

Group has acquired German travel tech firm .BOSYS

Global travel technology group, Travelsoft, has revealed it has closed its first acquisition of 2026 with the purchase of .BOSYS Software GmbH, a German travel technology software editor.

The new company in the portfolio specialises in CRM, mid-office and back-office solutions for travel distribution organisations and touristic call-centres. 

Founded in 2002, it supports more than 3,000 travel agencies across Germany and Austria, including co-operations, franchise networks, touristic call-centers and large travel groups.

This latest news from the firm follows its other recent acquisitions of airQuest at the tail end of last year, taking the number of companies in the group to 12

With this acquisition, the group has said it "further strengthens its position as one of the world’s most comprehensive travel technology ecosystems" with now more than 700 travel technology experts employed.

The .BOSYS team will continue to operate with "full focus" on customer support, product continuity, and ongoing development and the platforms will progressively connect to Travelsoft’s ecosystem, for imrpoved interoperability across sourcing, distribution, and operational systems.

The firm hopes this acquisition will further accelerate its expansion in Germany and Austria, building on the presence of its brand, traffics, among travel agencies, and Atcore and airQuest among tour operators.

Travelsoft has said it will continue to invest in the .BOSYS roadmap "while ensuring full continuity for existing customers".
