The invite-only half-day event on March 16 will be hosted by the search giant and feature a session by travel industry leader Finnbar Cornwall

Travel Weekly is to host its second in-person Future of Travel Spring Forum on March 16, as it continues a long-standing partnership with Google.

The half-day conference will once again be hosted at the tech giant’s offices in central London and will feature a range of panel discussions, presentations and interviews on the big issues facing the industry.

The forum was introduced during the pandemic following the successful launch of the Future of Travel Conference, which will host its fifth edition with Google in September.

Confirmed speakers for the March event include:

  • Finnbar Cornwall, travel industry leader, Google
  • Harry Hastings, co-chief executive, Ocean Holidays
  • Amanda Matthews, joint managing director, Designer Travel
  • Paul Hardwick, head of commercial, Fred Olsen Travel
  • Chris Photi, head of travel and leisure, White Hart Associates
  • Andy Freeth, chief executive, Classic Collection Holidays

Lucy Huxley, editor-in-chief of Travel Weekly Group, said: “The response to our free-to-attend Future of Travel events has demonstrated their value to industry leaders as they chart their path to recovery following the Covid-19 pandemic.

“We are delighted to be continuing our partnership with Google as we bring together another fantastic line-up of speakers for the 2023 Spring Forum and look forward to another compelling and insightful conference.”
