Incredible Journeys, the touring brand of dnata Travel Group UK B2B, have introduced Tour Amigo to its contact centre to streamline the search, quote, and booking process for agents.

Tour Amigo is a tour aggregator with a global inventory of products and touring suppliers which can be easily searched and filtered to discover desired destinations, touring styles and durations all in one platform.

The integration of agent booking system will expand the product range available to agents.
