Platform will help manage pre-arrival communications to in-stay services and post-departure follow-ups

Rental platform for self-catered chalets has partnered with guest experience platform HolidayHero.

This collaboration marks a "significant milestone" for OVO Network, underscoring its "commitment to offering unique, high-end experiences in the short-term rental market".

HolidayHero’s guest experience platform will help manage pre-arrival communications to in-stay services and post-departure follow-ups, to empower property managers to create a digital extension of their brand.

The intuitive app allows visitors access to vital property details, curated local recommendations, and personalised services tailored to enhance their stay.

By seamlessly integrating this digital solution, OVO Network is streamlining operational processes and creating an "immersive and cohesive brand experience for guests from booking to post-departure".

With more than 200 properties, OVO Network will create tailored guest apps for each chalet through the HolidayHero platform.

This approach ensures that each chalet "maintains its distinctiveness, preserving the unique essence of its location and property amenities".

Louis Andrews, director of OVO Network France, said: “Having spent a long time prospecting for a Guest App solution that fits our requirements and our unique way of operating, we are incredibly happy to move forward with HolidayHero.

"Together, we will be able to develop a bespoke solution for our guests and owners, which will bolster our guest experience - making for happier guests and an overall more cohesive, easier, and enjoyable holiday.”

Sjeel Koster, CEO of HolidayHero, expressed pride in supporting OVO Network's mission to provide unique and high-end experiences.

He said: "Such a prominent brand's adoption of guest app technology speaks volumes about the future trajectory of guest experiences. In an era where meeting basic lodging needs is no longer good enough, the Guest App technology signals a shift toward anticipating and exceeding the ever-evolving expectations of guests."
