Ringhotels expands its PMS selection with Mews to optimise guest experience

The German brand of privately-run medium and upscale will leverage Mews' products

Hospitality cloud provider Mews has revealed it was chosen by Ringhotels as an official PMS provider as part of their efforts to drive digital transformation in the German hotel industry.

The hospitality cloud is now one of seven approved options that Ringhotels hoteliers can use to optimise operations and improve the guest experience.

This coincides with Mews expanding its customer base by 93% amid the accelerating digital transformation in the German hospitality sector.

Many of Ringhotels properties have been managed by the same families for generations.

“Our selection of PMS providers, including Mews, underscores our commitment to flexibility and tailored solutions for our hotels,” said Petra Weindl, executive board member of Ringhotels.

“We believe that Mews is among the leading PMS systems in Germany and provides our hoteliers with valuable tools to reduce administrative effort while simultaneously personalizing guest interactions.”

Ringhotels is said to "particularly value" the automation features of Mews, which reduce administrative tasks and allow staff to focus on personalized guest interactions.

“I’m delighted that Mews is partnering with Ringhotels to enhance guest experiences across Germany,” said Richard Valtr, founder of Mews. “This collaboration shows our commitment to empowering independent hoteliers with innovative tools to deliver exceptional, regionally immersive hospitality.”

Its partnership with Ringhotels means Mews continues to expand its presence in the DACH region, supporting hotels like Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin and Hotel Oderberger with technology solutions.
