Duo believes move will accelerate things for industry
Voice AI now integrated into blockchain offering with new collaboration between Chain4Travel and HoloLogix.AI
The integration of Voice AI technology into an industry-specific blockchain infrastructure creates a new, practical use case for digital transformation in tourism. Ralf Usbeck, Chairman of the Board of Chain4Travel, and Salim Sahi, CEO of HoloLogix.AI, are joining forces to connect
Chain4Travel has joined forced with HoloLogix.AI to add Voice AI to the Camino Network.
The technical integration into the web3 travel ecosystem, built on a blockchain platform, will see speech-based automation meaning more efficient back-office structures and settlement options for the industry players using it.
Every usage - such as minutes of conversation, requests, or automated interactions - is technically recorded and then assigned.
These units of use can be transparently mapped via the Camino Network and incentivised or billed using tokens.
Ralf Usbeck, chairman of Chain4Travel's Board, illustrates how it would work: "A customer books a travel upgrade via a voice bot. The moment the Voice AI confirms the upgrade, the Camino Network knows: Who booked? Who is the intermediary? What are they entitled to? The smart contract immediately distributes the commission to the intermediary."
Salim Sahi, CEO of HoloLogix.AI, and founder of traffics before it was acquired by Travelsoft Group, added: "With our Voice AI, we capture the customer's request perfectly, but it is the blockchain connection to the Camino Network that turns this into a fully automated process with verified partners and automated processing and settlement."
"By integrating Voice AI into the Camino Network, we are demonstrating how blockchain can be meaningfully utilised in the daily operations of the tourism industry - not as an abstraction, but as something measurable, integratable, and economically relevant," said Usbeck.
