Aintensify rebrands as Alyza, among new solution launch
German voice and text analytics specialist AIntensify, a Travolution Award 2023 winner previously known as Cruisewatch, has announced its rebrand to Alyza.
Rebrands naturally focus on cosmetic attributes, including new logos and brand colours but Alyza’s approach to the rebrand has been different.
Instead, the solution provider's move has seen it enter new verticals with a new solution available.
The firm fully operational in multiple languages - which has been profitable since January - now has three products with the two existing products renamed as part of the new vision.
Its solution Analyza listens at scale, to find what customers are looking for so businesses can act before the enquiries land.
Automyza solutions takes puts insights into connected systems, to triggers follow-ups, updates CRMs, sends invoices, and prioritises tickets and its newly launched solution, Otimyza, its AI assistant compares live conversations to proven best-practice frameworks, with advise on tone to closing technique for customer service responses.
