Traveltek makes promotions in two key roles ahead of continued expansion

Travel technology specialist Traveltek has announced two key promotions in its team, as it targets continued global growth while its focus remains on North America for 2024.

Tracy Sharp has been promoted to global director of revenue and supply.

Sharp will be responsible for global customer onboarding and commercial supplier relationships.

This is a key role heading up the team to ensure there is a bridge between sales and development and customers are at the centre of our business.

Sharp, who joined Traveltek four years ago and previously worked in senior commercial roles at Jetline Travel and Broadway Travel Group, also has a global remit for commercial supplier relations.

Sarah Donnelly has been promoted to senior project manager and will oversee North America and LATAM. She has already been with the business for four years as a project manager.

Sharp said: “We have a clear vision to grow globally, and I’m excited that we onboarded new cruise lines and supplier partners with Traveltek last year.

"This aids our customers growth in 2024 and ensures we meet customer requirements in all markets.

"With a key focus on new product development within Traveltek, I know that this role will be challenging and rewarding over the coming years."

She added: "Plus, I am very lucky to be working with such a knowledgeable and skilled team making this new chapter in my career an exciting one.”

Donnelly said: “I am very pleased to be taking on the Senior Project Manager role. Traveltek is a fast-paced and innovative place to work.

"I have really enjoyed my career here so far and I look forward to what 2024 will bring. It is fantastic to have this new opportunity and continue my journey at Traveltek, with the amazing team we have.”

Cressida Sergeant, chief commercial officer, added: “I am proud of the success that both Tracy and Sarah have experienced in the last 2 years, and these promotions are both well deserved.

“Tracy and Sarah have both been instrumental in shaping our delivery processes to achieve significant improvements in both speed to market for customers, coupled with a high level of customer service and care.

"Tracy has worked tirelessly to build our supplier relationships; suppliers are an integral part of our business success and ensuring there is a customer-supplier- technology 3-way open understanding, and communication is vital for success.

"Sarah has been instrumental in our growth in North America this year and is well placed to continue delivering success with our new Connect product in 2024," said Sargeant.
