TMC musafir.com appoints Vishal Arora as chief product & technology officer

He will drive transformation with new business verticals and technology platforms modernisation

Middle East-based Travel Management Company musafir.com has appointed Vishal Arora as its chief product and technology officer (CPTO). 

Arora joins musafir.com from his recent position as head of technology at WeWork Japan, where he led the digital team and successfully developed innovative products and digital platforms, contributing significantly to revenue growth. 

His previous roles include leadership positions at Oyo, Cendyn, Yatra, Marriott, and Amadeus.

Arora will lead Musafir’s digital transformation as the company aims to launch new digital products and services, harnessing AI to elevate customer and partner experiences.
