TripMapper launches new platform for tour operators and travel agents
TripMapper, a travel planning and budgeting app for travellers, has launched its second product, TripMapper Agent, a planning platform for tour operators and travel agents.
TripMapper Agent follows on from the success of the original product, TripMapper web and mobile app, which is changing the travel planning and cost-tracking experience for travellers worldwide. Features of the user-centric platform include client enquiry, trip proposals and CRM functionality to trip payments.
The new app integrates with TripMapper’s top-rated consumer travel planning platform allowing for attaching tickets, setting notifications, inviting trip companions, currency conversion and map view.
Emma and Alex Collins, founders of the platforms, used their expertise of what today’s travellers now value in the travel lifecycle, intuitive technology and UX design when creating TripMapper Agent for professionals. Its design optimises usability and a simple, streamlined workflow for travel professionals.
