GoNexus Group announces record-breaking year
Experiences and mobility travel company, GoNexus Group has revealed its end of year financial results for 2024-2025.
Its fiscal year, which ended in September, saw it close out with what it has called "historic" growth that "marks a turning point for the organisation".
During this period, GoNexus Group served 7.4 million combined experiences and mobility customers which is 6.25 million passengers transported, an 8% year-on-year increase, and more than 511,000 excursion bookings.
The year was also marked by significant geographic expansion with the opening of six new strategic destinations including Las Vegas, Mexico City, San Andrés, Cartagena de Indias, Tobago, and Acapulco.
Its successful year includedthe launch of its new NexusTours App and its interactive hotel kiosks, intelligent digital signage, and AI-powered personalisation engines, improving customer sentiment by 12% and boosting conversion by 7%.
“This has been an extraordinary year for GoNexus Group—not only because we more than doubled our customer volume, but because we achieved this while delivering superior service quality and operating more intelligently and efficiently,” said Rubén Gutiérrez, President of GoNexus Group.

Looking ahead to the 2025–2026 fiscal year, GoNexus Group has teased an expansion into Europe.
It's currently preparing for a significant expansion across the US, Canada, and new regions in Latin America, while also laying the groundwork for its entry into Europe.
