Hotelbeds has selected Triometric XML business intelligence solution to support its international growth.
Triometric’s web services analyzer will be used by the global accommodation wholesaler to streamline and enhances its travel analytics platform to support continued growth.
The deal follows Hotelbeds seeing sales growth of 20% in 2013.
The web services analyzer will be deployed to monitor the performance of web services in real-time. It will also deliver key business data from the millions of inbound and outbound XML messages generated every day.
The analyzer translates raw XML data into operational and business intelligence reports covering performance indicators including search patterns, look-to-book ratios and inventory levels.
