Hands In adds multi-card payments to Sports Events 365 with BridgerPay
Hands In Brings Multi-Card Payments to Sports Events 365, Powered by BridgerPay
Split-payment specialist Hands In has announced a three-way integration with Sports Events 365, powered by BridgerPay, to introduce multi-card payments to the high-value ticketing market.
The new agreement uses Hand In’s payment technology with BridgerPay’s orchestration layer to recover high-value ticket transactions declined due to insufficient funds.
It connects Hands In's technology into Sports Events 365's existing payment stack.
Through a single integration, Sports Events 365 deploys multi-card payments without complex development, orchestrates transactions across multiple providers, and maintains a fully native checkout experience.
With an existing BridgerPay integration in place and following proven success in airline use cases such as Air Europa, where Hands In has already worked to generate millions in incremental revenue recovering declined transactions, the three companies collaborated to bring the same capability to ticketing.
Customers select "Pay with multiple cards" at checkout, allocate how much is charged to each card, and each authorization is processed in real time.
Tickets are issued and split payments reconciled automatically.
The companies have said multi-card flows achieve success rates of up to 95% on transactions that would otherwise fail.
It found that 42% of consumers in a survey report that they've been deterred from returning to a website or app following one falsely declined payment, one that’s equally present in premium ticketing.
“High-value ticketing is a space where every transaction counts. Multi-card payments give fans the flexibility to complete purchases while helping platforms recover revenue that would otherwise be lost to declined payments,” said Sam Flynn, Founder and CEO of Hands In.
“Partnering with Sports Events 365 and BridgerPay shows how combining orchestration with flexible payment solutions can directly improve both conversion and customer experience.
“Our goal is always to provide fans with access to the most in-demand events,” he said.
“High-value tickets can be challenging due to card limits or declined transactions, and this partnership solves that,” said Sefi Donner, the CEO of SportsEvent 365.
Integrating Hands Inʼs multi-card solution through BridgerPay into our checkout means fans can secure tickets more easily, while we reduce revenue lost to failed payments. We, at Sports Events 365 have always taken pride in two things: our service and our technology. HandsIn strengthens both of these core values.”
Ran Cohen, CEO of BridgerPay, said: "This partnership demonstrates the power of combining payment orchestration with innovative payment methods.
“By integrating Hands In's multi-card capabilities into Sports Events 365's stack, we're helping merchants capture revenue that would otherwise be lost and weʼre doing so through a simple and seamless single integration.ˮ
