Paxport announces new NDC content from Singapore Airlines
Digital payments and travel merchandising distribution platform Paxport has announced it has added Singapore Airlines NDC content to its offerings.
The airline distribution provider said it's continuing to expand the number of full service carriers offered to its customers with this new addition.
This new integration with Singapore Airlines, which was voted World’s Best Airline in 2023 at the Skytrax World Airline Awards, has been developed to provide "connected customers with the ability to search, cost and book the full range of the airlines fares and cabin classes, as well as support for their range of ancillary services".
Singapore Airlines content has been integrated into Paxport’s booking solution, PaxFaB.
Its servicing capability, available through its new Servicing API as well as the graphical user interface, provides access to a range of post-booking functionality that will allow businesses to "seamlessly" manage Singapore Airlines bookings.
It will include retrieving orders and issuing tickets, to amending existing reservations, all necessary post-booking servicing tools that will provide the assistance required to start the NDC journey with Singapore Airlines.
