Lufthansa Group becomes Amadeus's next Nevio solution customer
Lufthansa Group has announced it will be the next customer of Amadeus's Nevio customer as it has been selected the Spanish specialistic as a key technology provider.
The airline group will be looking at a range of Nevio modular solutions to support its personalised services and to have more efficient operations.
Nine of the group's carriers – including Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa, and Swiss – will become the first to take on the Nevio Delivery Management offering, which will work in tandem with Amadeus Nevio Offer and Order Management offering.
Lufthansa Group said it aims to "combine its own content and that of partners into more personalised offers that better meet traveller expectations across the entire journey".
As part of the planned collaboration, Amadeus Product Catalogue and Stock Keeper will also be selected, said to drive the future of airline retailing and its transformation.
