Move is an extension of ATPI Halo, the Group’s environmental sustainability service
ATPI Group joins forces with Neste for SAF partnership
Travel and events management provider ATPI Group has revealed a partnership with leading provider of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), Neste.
The new partnership will expand the Group’s carbon measurement, reduction and compensation proposition named ATPI Halo, by allowing clients to invest in SAF and address the pressing need for greater environmental responsibility in air travel.
Forming part of ATPI Halo’s reduce solution, clients are able to purchase in-sector travel emission reductions and obtain a single certificate for investment, rather than managing this administration across multiple carriers and sources.
Pippa Ganderton, product director of ATPI Halo, said: "This is a huge step in the right direction, and our partnership with Neste marks a significant milestone in the journey towards sustainable aviation for the business travel industry.”
Susanne Bouma, head of programs and partnerships from the Renewable Aviation business of Neste, said: “We are excited to be working together with ATPI as a global corporate travel management company.
"Our partnership broadens the opportunities for businesses to reduce the carbon footprint of their air travel by using our Neste Impact solution.
"Partnerships like these, will also support the acceleration of SAF usage which is a key lever to get aviation to net-zero emissions by 2050.”
The news comes following the ATPI Group’s recent appointment of its first global Sustainability Officer, Louisa Toure.
ATPI Group was recently awarded a Silver EcoVadis Medal for the second year running - the world’s largest provider of sustainability ratings.
