Lighthouse welcomes Georg Beyschlag as Chief Financial Officer amid scale plans

It's readying itself for its next phase of growth

Lighthouse has named Georg Beyschlag as its new chief financial officer as it announces Matthias Geeroms, who is the founder and current CFO will transition into the newly created role of head of corporate development.

Beyschlag brings IPO experience from TeamViewer, where he helped scale revenue, grew the team from 600 to 2,000 and prepared it for its eventual IPO in 2019. 

He subsequently led strategy, and go-to-market for the Americas, an experience that shaped his view of finance as a growth function.

Prior to TeamViewer, he served as CFO of maxdome, a German streaming platform, and spent nearly a decade in professional services.

With over 900 employees across six continents and a $15 billion addressable market, the company is building the financial and strategic infrastructure to match its scale.

Geeroms saw the company through its recent Series C and the integration of multiple acquisitions including The Hotel Network in April, 2025 and launched Connect AI.

"Now he'll focus on the deals and partnerships that extend our platform and accelerate our category leadership. There's no one better suited to the role."

This change in leadership sign posts the new chapter its entering with "strong momentum".
