roomangel Foundation introduces new intelligence category for hospitality

Assetware 'isn't a tool'

The roomangel Foundation today announced the introduction of Assetware, a new intelligence category designed to "redefine" how artificial intelligence is connected, governed, and applied across the hospitality industry.

The announcement was made during the Hotel Revolution Summit Dubai, where industry leaders gathered to examine the structural changes reshaping hotel performance in an increasingly AI-driven world.

Assetware "represents" a fundamental shift: intelligence designed to sit above existing hotel technology stacks, unify fragmented systems and data, that support better commercial decisions at the asset level.

As part of this it publicly debuted hive, the first platform built specifically for the Assetware category.

Positioned as a true “system of systems,” hive operates above PMS, RMS, BI, marketing, finance, and distribution platforms, continuously connecting context across the hotel’s operation to surface what matters most — and enable timely, informed action.

Daniel Reeves, chief commercial officer at roomangel Foundation, said: "Assetware isn’t a tool, it’s a new way of thinking about hotel intelligence.

"It allows hotels to step back and see the full picture across their systems and siloed data, and make decisions that genuinely improve performance at the asset level.”

As Assetware enters the industry vocabulary and hive emerges as its reference platform, one message the organisation hope is clear, is the next era of hotel performance will not be won by adding more software, but by adopting intelligence designed for an agent-driven world.
