VIBE appoints Stephane Durand to guide international expansion

Durand is the newly appointed non-executive director

The leading international provider of booking technology solutions to the travel industry Vibe, has today announced the appointment of Stephane Durand as non-executive director. 

The UK headquartered company has hired Durand to focus on global growth for the business, particularly in the United States.

Durand who has worked in the industry for over 30 years and has held senior positions at Amadeus IT Group and Europcar International, joins from Amadeus France where he was managing director. 

He has also previously held senior positions for Amadeus IT Group and Europcar International.

This appointment follows Steve Barrass, who joined as CEO late last year with a mandate to drive international growth and strategy. 

Durand said: “Through various indirect collaborations and industry relations I have long been an admirer of Vibe’s versatile technology and innovation.”
