ZoTrav targets 200 Middle East agents with curated B2B platform

Marketplace opens opportunities in CIS destinations

ZoTrav, a travel marketplace specialising in experience-rich journeys across the CIS region, has launched its new B2B platform in the Middle East, giving regional agents access to real-time products and direct partnerships with verified destination management companies.

With a focus on premium, personalised travel products, ZoTrav plans to onboard more than 200 travel agents from across the Middle East in its first 12 months, including at least 100 from the UAE.

The platform specialises in countries such as Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Russia, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan, catering to growing demand for alternatives to traditional travel hotspots.

This comes as data underlines the CIS region’s popularity for Middle East travellers.

Wego recently identified Baku in Azerbaijan, Tbilisi in Georgia, and Yerevan in Armenia as three of the most popular short-haul destinations from the UAE.

Beyond destination choice, ZoTrav is built with B2B agents at its core, featuring intuitive dashboards and dynamic product bundling for seamless itinerary creation and fast turnaround.

Its strong network of verified local DMC partners ensures trust, service quality, and authentic cultural insights for every booking.

The platform’s multi-segment readiness means agencies can access solutions for FIT, group, incentive and special-interest travel, all in one place.

“The UAE is a powerhouse in outbound travel, and agents here are increasingly seeking differentiated products beyond conventional destinations,” said Sandeep Khetarpal, Founder & CEO of The Global Rep, parent company of ZoTrav.

“ZoTrav brings those connections and the tools to craft immersive, memorable itineraries. We hold high expectations for the Middle East market, especially Dubai, which offers immense potential.”

ZoTrav is headquartered in Dubai, with Khetarpal saying one of the deciding factors was that “UAE travellers are highly connected and digitally savvy”.

The company also has a back office in Delhi, and a network of regional offices through strategic partners across India and other Middle Eastern countries.

ZoTrav is targeting agencies and tour operators across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain, with the goal of achieving US$5million in outbound bookings from the GCC within its first year.

“We’re not here to replace travel advisors, we’re here to empower them with the right content, flexibility and destination edge,” added Khetarpal.
