Specialist operator Walkers Tours will adopt CodeGen’s artificial intelligence suite of technology to improve its customer service.
CodeGen’s Review Spotter is its customer feedback analysis platform and AI chatbot Lia delivers human-like conversations online for quick and informative customer engagement to improve sales conversions.
Lia is a part of CodeGen’s AI FLAIR toolkit, which was exhibited at World Travel Market last November.
