Sabre Hospitality solutions to power UMusic Hotel Madrid growth

GDS and travel technology platform Sabre Corporation has announced a new agreement with UMusic Hotel Madrid to support the launch of its new flagship hotel and help drive growth as the group looks to expand globally.

The new agreement will enable UMusic Hotel Madrid to put its inventory in front of hundreds of thousands of travel agents globally.  

Content will be visible across all major GDS’ through Sabre Hospitality’s SynXis platform, which optimises global distribution channels and “delivers greater scale and operational efficiency to lower costs”.

By leveraging SynXis Central Reservation System, and Distribution Studio inclusive of SynXis Booking Engine, and SynXis Channel Connect, UMusic Hotel Madrid will be enabled to capture more bookings and simplify and automate distribution through direct and indirect channels to support their overall growth strategy. 

The five-star hotel in the heart of Madrid will also utilise SynXis Voice Agent under Distribution Studio, featuring an “all-new, easy-to-use interface” that enables phone support teams to be more productive and provide “enhanced, personalized” support to guests.
