Cloudbeds goes beyond normal distribution opportunities for hoteliers with new expanded Klook partnership

Hoteliers get additional opportunity to reach travellers beyond traditional accommodation-only booking environments

Cloudbeds, the hospitality management system, has announced an integration with Klook, a leading platform for experiences and travel services in Asia Pacific.

By connecting hotels with travellers across a broader trip-planning ecosystem, the partnership creates new opportunities to drive bookings and revenue through streamlined, automated distribution for the hoteliers across the region.

The brand, known to bring accommodation together with experiences, attractions, activities, local transport and travel essentials in one travel ecosystem, has a strong presence across markets including Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia and the Philippines.

The two-way integration is designed to help hoteliers turn broader distribution into stronger revenue performance.

The direct integration will allow properties to extend reach, increase visibility and capture more reservations while keeping rates, availability and bookings synchronised automatically.

“Distribution is about being present where travelers are looking and giving hoteliers the flexibility to decide where their next reservation comes from,” said Sébastien Leitner is vice president of partnerships at Cloudbeds.

“Klook has built a distinctive travel ecosystem and a strong footprint across Asia Pacific. This integration opens another valuable avenue of distribution for our customers, helping them reach new international demand without adding unnecessary complexity to their operations.”

"Travellers on Klook are booking their stay alongside the experiences, transport and attractions that shape their trip," said Emma Lee, VP of hotels at Klook.

"Connecting directly with Cloudbeds gives properties a simple way to tap into that demand, with rates and availability staying in sync so their teams can focus on hosting guests rather than managing channels."
