Asia Pacific distribution platform Trip Affiliates integrates with Google Hotels

New partnership will provide properties greater visibility to drive direct bookings

Trip Affiliates Network has completed a Google Hotels integration to their travel and hospitality B2B platform.

Google Hotels was developed to improve traveller bookings experience and help properties increase their search engine visibility by featuring their presence more prominently.

It also offers travellers a booking functionality, bypassing Online Travel Agencies, for hotels looking to capture more direct business through their website.

Properties appear in local search results on Google.com and Google Maps, across desktop and all mobile devices and users can view listing when actively looking for accommodation.

TA Network brings Asia Pacifics leading travel wholesalers, operators, and destination management companies onto a single open, cloud-based distribution ecosystem.

Tham Shiming, director of solutions architecture at TA Network, said: TA Networks partnership with Google Hotels was fueled by the demand for digital marketing solutions from the regions clientele base.

“GH has partnered with a select network of qualified integration partners globally to integrate directly with GH and provide direct hotel connectivity to GH.

“We are  delighted to be one of the chosen partners qualified by GH to help hotels list and sell their inventory on Google.com and Google Maps.”

All hotel partners using TA Networks hotel B2B booking engine will be enlisted with Googles booking links, without setup cost and be visible on search results when a user generates a hotel based query.
