WeSki launches weski.ai, a conversational ski trip planner
WeSki has officially launched its fully conversational ski trip planner.
Available in beta since last week, the tool aims to replace form fields with natural language exchange, accelerating discovery, comparison, and booking.
The platform leverages WeSki's infrastructure, used by over 200,000 skiers, to explore millions of combinations in real time, covering more than 300 resorts and 160,000 trips.
The goal is to bridge the gap between the online experience and the expertise of in-house advisors, while still offering human assistance when needed.
The interface guides the user to capture dates, group size, participants' skiing ability, budget, and preferred resort style.
AI extracts these parameters and applies a decision-making framework inspired by in-house experts to generate a shortlist of destinations, each with a rationale.
Proprietary technology then assembles dynamic packages (flights, transfers, accommodations, and ski extras) in real time, leveraging preferential rates that are difficult to obtain individually whenever possible. Persistent memory and real-time context refine the recommendations as the user interacts.
Strategically, WeSki aims to simplify a process often considered complex and time-consuming.
The company emphasises more targeted recommendations, time savings, and a reduction in manual comparison.
It boasts "at-scale" personalisation, made possible by AI and leveraging aggregated behavioral data from hundreds of thousands of users.
The goal is to enhance clarity in decision-making, confidence in the suggested selection, and control over the trip's composition, bringing it closer to the standards of human advice.
“Our vision is simple: ski trips should feel effortless,” summarizes Yotam Idan, Co-founder and CEO of WeSki.
“By combining deep travel expertise with advanced AI infrastructure, we are simplifying planning and building a platform that brings clarity, confidence, and control to skiers. This is the future of ski trip planning, and it’s just the beginning.”
