SHR Group appoints new CFO and CCO to accelerate next phase of growth

New positions form part of its global expansion

Hotel technology specialist SHR Group has announced it has made two key appointments to its executive team as it accelerates its global expansion. 

Thomas Schulz joins as chief financial officer, while Heinrich Kessler, joins as chief commercial officer.

Schulz will be responsible for overseeing the company’s finance and HR teams. 

His experience includes serving as CFO at a global retail software company, and holding key finance and M&A leadership roles at information management platform OpenText, customer experience management company Sitecore, and software developer Informatica. 

Kessler has more than 25 years’ experience in the hospitality and hospitality technology sector. 

He worked with prominent brands such as technology provider Pegasus and CRS provider Trust International, as well as hospitality solution provider D-Edge where he was CCO.
