Accor Launches ALL Accor in ChatGPT for Hotel Bookings
Accor deploys an ALL Accor app in ChatGPT, available from today. Travellers can search for hotels, compare public and member rates, then complete their booking on the group's secure website.
Accor is launching an ALL Accor app in ChatGPT to simplify the search and preparation of stays across its properties. From 29 January 2026, users can search directly from the ChatGPT interface for the group's accommodation offering by specifying destination and dates. They can view public rates and, where applicable, the exclusive pricing advantages reserved for ALL Accor loyalty programme members, as well as key property information such as room types, amenities, and location. The booking is then completed on the secure ALL Accor website, without changing existing booking habits.
Designed specifically for ChatGPT and distinct from the ALL Accor mobile app, this functionality leverages the conversational interface to deliver contextualised results and stay options. It is available in more than 20 languages and in all countries where ChatGPT apps are supported, immediately expanding the tool's international reach. The experience aims to streamline the journey from inspiration to hotel selection, with a seamless transition to the group's website for payment and confirmation, whilst maintaining loyalty programme benefits.
Accor presents Artificial Intelligence as a strategic enabler for creating value for both guests and property owners. By positioning itself amongst the first hotel groups, and as a French industry leader, to deploy an app on ChatGPT, the group says it is responding to evolving consumer behaviours and expectations.
“This introduction of the ALL Accor app on ChatGPT marks a pivotal moment for Accor. We are fundamentally transforming how guests interact with our brands, leveraging cutting-edge capabilities to deliver unparalleled convenience and personalization." says Alix Boulnois, Chief Commercial, Digital & Tech Officer at Accor. " This move significantly enhances our ALL Accor loyalty proposition and reinforces our market leadership, creating substantial value across our global network for both our guests and our valued partners.”
This initiative comes as AI transforms the codes of hospitality and redefines touchpoints with travellers. The proposition does not replace existing channels but adds to the group's digital ecosystem to capture enquiries earlier in the journey. Last October, Expedia and Booking were the first major travel brands to support the launch of the ChatGPT Apps functionality.
