Online distribution company SiteMinder has made two senior appointments to newly created positions in their London office.
Jason Lewis has been brought in as director of sales and marketing EMEA, while Cassian Silins is the company’s new head of sales for northern Europe.
Lewis was previously regional director of sales northern Europe for Travelclick, a hotel business solutions firm, while Silins moves from his role as manager, global hotel chains at travel product and service provider GTA.
David Williams, executive director, global sales and marketing, said the appointments and the company’s expansion reflected the firm’s success as one of the major players in online distribution for the accommodation market in Europe, and that the pair offered the firm a wealth of experience in the region’s hotel distribution space.
