Osprey Holidays has rolled out Dolphin Dynamics technology to manage sales, contracts and bookings.
Although initially developed for its City Breaks business, 39 sales and administration staff now use the Dolphin technology. This includes Ski Independence staff, who have just finished their first season using Dolphin for sales and operational activities.
The technology manages and sells directly negotiated ground supplier contracts. It replaces an existing system and means a smaller range of manual processes are required.
