Air fare search solutions firm Vayant is to supply shopping, pricing and repricing solutions to Gulf carrier Flydubai.
The agreement will enable the carrier to create multi-channel sales offers.
The airline’s chief information officer, Ramesh Venkat, said: “We are pleased to work with Vayant to enhance our sales offer creation. Flydubai understands the role technology plays in the continuous development of the airline.”
Vayant chief executive, Eric Dumas, added: “Enabling Flydubai to use an airline core shopping and pricing engine in a flexible way for multi-channel distribution is key for the airline flexibility and capacity to generate its à-la-carte sales offers.”
Flydubai carried more than 9 million passengers last year to almost 90 destinations.
