Global Travel Group has partnered with travel technology firm Net Effect to offer its agent members access to a suite of back office systems.
Products Global members can subscribe to, and will be trained to use, are designed to streamline their own marketing and customer relations activities and drive sales.
They are a marketing suite with live operator offers, a quote building platform, a customer communications management tool and tool to filter reviews.
Global Travel Group commercial director Cherie Richards said: “This new partnership has been developed in response to the needs and feedback of our member agents.
“We have worked closely with the Net Effect team to ensure we offer a range of tools that work to not only meet agents’ particular business goals, but also directly build customer engagement and trust and in turn support bookings.”
