Disney holidays specialist Magic Breaks has been recognised for its customer service with a Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award.

With a current rating of 4.8 out of 5, Magic Breaks sits above the 4.5 minimum rating for the gold award.

A new platinum tier has been created  for companies that win a Feefo gold award three years in succession. The customer feedback platform created the new category to recognise those achieving gold status for more than one year.

“The Trusted Service awards have always been about recognising companies that provide genuinely outstanding customer experience,” said Matt West, chief executive at Feefo.

“This year we are very excited to award our new platinum accolade to companies hitting the highest standard over three years – a tough ask by any standard.”
