TTE Preview: Vibe unveils new corporate travel booking platform

Travel technology company Vibe Systems has unveiled its new corporate travel management platform Vibe Corporate.

Travel technology company Vibe Systems has unveiled its new corporate travel management platform Vibe Corporate.

Vibe said it empowers travel management companies (TMCs) to be in control of travel purchasing by improving the way TMCs work with their suppliers.

This is done by accessing content across multiple product types using a single platform to aggregate global distribution systems (GDSs), IATA’s New Distribution Capability data standard (NDCs) and multiple direct connections.

Vibe said it developed Vibe Corporate for corporate travel managers to offer, “a refreshingly simple and user-friendly booking experience which drives online adoption, yet still delivers an unsurpassed wide range of smart, customer-focused features and functionality, enabling TMCs and corporate clients to manage business efficiently and productively.”

Vibe handles all travel policies, authorisation chains, profile management, financial rules and preferred partners. It is available in both a desktop solution for TMC agents and a client-facing booking tool for the travellers and travel arrangers.

The solution is mobile responsive, can handle international regions and currencies and has data security alongside other features.

Martin Eade, e-commerce director at Vibe, said: “One of the things that makes building a corporate booking tool so challenging is taking something that has historically been so complicated to use and simplify the whole process from top to bottom.

“At Vibe, we have strived to achieve what we believe to be the perfect balance between functionality and usability.

“The system is designed throughout to give a quick, user-friendly booking and handling experience, resulting in less of the travellers’ time spent making bookings and, more importantly, surprisingly little, if any, training needed.”

Capita Travel and Events is among Vibe’s growing portfolio of TMC clients and said it is “already seeing the benefits of working with a technology provider as a partner rather than a supplier to drive innovation around the booking and management of travel.”

Vibe will be on stand T61 at Travel Technology Europe from February 20 to 21.
