WebBeds is partnering with the UK online travel agent On the Beach to broaden hotel distribution across European, Mediterranean and city destinations, giving the brand access to a portfolio of more than 500,000 properties.
WebBeds announces a strategic partnership with On the Beach, one of the UK’s best-known online travel agents, to strengthen leisure travel distribution in the UK market. The agreement prioritises European and Mediterranean destinations, as well as other high‑demand beach and city markets popular with UK holidaymakers. On the Beach, specialising in great‑value, ATOL‑protected beach holidays and city breaks, is thereby broadening its hotel supply. The move consolidates WebBeds’ role as a global marketplace connecting accommodation providers with influential travel sellers.
Through this collaboration, WebBeds will provide On the Beach with access to its extensive global accommodation portfolio, enabling greater choice and flexibility across hotel supply while supporting continued growth in the UK leisure travel market. Content is delivered via WebBeds’ advanced technology platforms, designed to aggregate, optimise and distribute room inventory to a global network of travel buyers through API connectivity and dedicated booking portals for professionals. WebBeds’ global scale and expertise in hotel distribution are valuable assets to support On the Beach’s continued growth in the UK, whilst creating additional opportunities for its hotel partners.
With this partnership, WebBeds aims to deepen demand across key destinations and offer its partners more routes to market in a particularly competitive leisure segment. WebBeds had previously concluded a comparable agreement with Jet2holidays, the UK’s leading tour operator, to expand distribution across key leisure destinations (Europe, the Mediterranean, the Canary Islands and North Africa). Announced on 5 January 2026, this partnership leverages WebBeds’ international reach (more than 500,000 properties) to connect its hotel partners with Jet2holidays’ distribution power and customer base in the UK market.
