Specialist OTA says consumer trust in the brand gives it confidence for future bookings
Disney specialist MagicBreaks broadens product range with launch of new website
Leading Disney OTA partner MagicBreaks has launched a new-look website designed to offer users an easier booking process.
The firm has built its reputation as a key partner for Disney and the UK’s leading retailer of holidays to Disneyland Paris, it is promoting its more diverse range of product.
Under the slogan ‘We make holidays magical’, the new site has a ‘Worldwide’ section featuring an expanded portfolio of trips for 2021.
This includes summer sun, villa and coach holidays to destinations in Europe and holiday breaks at Les Villages Nature, the new eco-resort located close to Disneyland Paris.
The portfolio already includes US Disney trips, Disney Cruise Line holidays and packages to Lapland.
MagicBreaks has also added more luxury trips to worldwide destinations under the ‘Experience by MagicBreaks’ sub-brand, which features holidays such as safaris in Africa and packages to Dubai and Sydney.
The firm said the news site, which went live last week, offers a better experience and easier book path than on the previous site.
In tests, the new site performed better in a range of key performance indicators, including conversion rates, volumes of returning visitors and average order values, said MagicBreaks.
Sales and marketing director Anna Gilmour said: “It’s encouraging in these times to see the strength and consumer confidence in the MagicBreaks brand.
“Broadening our product portfolio provides our customers with an increased level of choice, providing us with the opportunity to create even more magical family breaks and experiences.”
The move to broaden the product portfolio builds on research that indicates MagicBreaks is a trusted brand and has a platform to offer customers more choice.
The firm has received a Platinum Trusted Service award from Feefo with over 6,500 positive reviews and a rating of 4.8 out of 5. On Trustpilot, it has earned a rating of 4.6 out of 5.
Despite the toughest period for the travel industry in living memory, MagicBreaks says it is confident about the future and has seen strong UK bookings this summer and overseas bookings for later this year and 2021.
