Personalisation technology specialist Qubit has produced a new report on how travel firms can ‘bridge the gap’ and be ready for the travel rebound after the COVID-19 pandemic.
Ahead of the launch Travolution executive editor Lee Hayhurst spoke to Qubit’s account director Dan Bensley about the support and advice it is providing to its travel clients.
The London-based firm was founded by former Google ecommerce senior project manager Graham Cooke in 2010 and works across sectors but has a significant client base in travel.
In the latest Travolution webcast, Bensley talks about the steps firms are taking now while bookings are low to re-set their businesses for the new normal once travel rebounds.
And he talks about what rebound strategies look like and how travel firms can drive loyalty among customers whose demands and expectations are adapting to a world living with coronavirus.
