Sabre strengthens Orchestra partnership with single API integration

Single API spans NDC, EDIFACT, LCC

B2B technology platform Orchestra has strengthened its partnership with distribution specialist Sabre, integrating a single API that aggregates all airline content - NDC, EDIFACT and low-cost carriers - while enabling personalised distribution strategies and automating after-sales management.

By embedding Sabre’s technologies within Orchestra and the Travelsoft Transport Hub, the partners aim to streamline distribution and automate post-booking workflows - changes, cancellations and exchanges - which had previously been time-consuming for teams.

“Our collaboration with Sabre now goes beyond access to airline content,” said Mikel Otxandorena, VP, hospitality & transport at Orchestra. 

“It allows us to give tour operators and travel agencies greater flexibility in their distribution strategy and to automate complex operations, particularly in after-sales. It’s this combination of rich content and operational efficiency that we intend to keep developing with Sabre.”

Sabre is also offering a Multi-tickets capability to build complex itineraries, which both companies describe as “a genuine growth lever for partners”.
