Amadeus' Navitaire partners with iCoupon to enhance service offerings

Its low-cost and hybrid airline customers will be able to access the flight disruption voucher solution 

Intelligent vouchering solutions firm iCoupon has entered a partnership with Navitaire, an Amadeus company. 

The partnership facilitates the use by Navitaire’s airline customers of iCoupon’s integrated digital and contactless vouchering technology, eliminating the need for paper vouchers and manual processes for flight disruption.

iCoupon will tap into Navitaire's network of low-cost and hybrid airline carriers.

The new deal follows on from iCoupon’s existing collaboration with Amadeus since 2020.
