PMS-native engine powers real-time direct bookings
Shiji launches Booking Studio to simplify direct hotel bookings
Shiji announces in Berlin the launch of Booking Studio. It is a direct booking engine for hotel websites within the Stellaris Digital portfolio.
Built as a PMS-native platform, it connects directly to Daylight PMS. It powers real-time availability, pricing and reservations, without third-party APIs or sync delays. Booking Studio promises full control of the booking experience and brand identity across the journey. From search to confirmation, everything stays within the hotel’s own web ecosystem.
To achieve this, Booking Studio brings together modular, embeddable components inside the hotel website. Guests avoid click-outs to third-party environments. Orchestration happens in a single, centralised studio.
Room types, rate plans, promotions, add-ons and booking rules are configured in one place. Configuration happens directly in Daylight PMS.
The hotel can handle complex scenarios. These include multi-room bookings, mixing room types and rate plans, and capturing guest requests.
With this solution, Shiji targets hoteliers who want to grow direct bookings and differentiate their brand. Many face fragmented tools, limited customisation and delayed data synchronisation.
Shiji removes sync friction and designs the journey above the PMS. The goal is to put teams back in control. It reduces reliance on intermediaries and keeps inventory and booking rules consistent.
“Booking Studio was built to put hotels back in control of their direct booking experience,” said Krisztina Budai, associate director of product at Shiji.
“By designing the booking journey directly on top of Daylight PMS, hotels can create experiences that truly reflect their brand, while relying on real-time data, built-in security, and the operational confidence that comes from a fully native PMS solution.”
