RoomRaccoon announces strategic partnership with Slowey POS

Partnership will give RoomRaccoon users access to Pixelpoint, a full-service restaurant POS

Hotel management system for independent hotels RoomRaccoon has announced a strategic partnership with Slowey POS. 

This announcement follows RoomRaccoon's recent acquisition of iHotelligence, which is Slowey POS’s sister company. 

The integration will give its users access to point-of-sale industry frontrunner Pixelpoint, allowing them to connect onsite bars and restaurants to the RoomRaccoon platform for a "seamless" guest experience. 

By streamlining the process of charging restaurant sales and other ancillary charges to a guest's room through process automation, the integration helps hoteliers save time and eliminate billing errors due to manual input.

Key benefits of the RoomRaccoon and Pixelpoint integration include streamlined billing anagement, enhanced sles reporting and "seamless" and personalised guest experience.
