Finest Retreats becomes first UK holiday lettings company to launch proprietary operations app
Cornwall-based Finest Retreats has launched the UK's first proprietary housekeeper management app built by holiday lettings experts.
The app streamlines the operations of full-service holiday lettings using purpose-built technology designed specifically for the UK market.
Finest Retreats developed the proprietary software over 12 months, working with a Cornwall-based partner.

The app allows housekeepers to provide bespoke services per property, report incidents quickly, manage detailed cleaning checklists and provide photo and video feedback to owners.
Real-time integration with the booking platform means booking reviews and individual guest requests are handled seamlessly, with problems identified and resolved before guests arrive.
As part of its investment in people alongside technology, Finest Retreats has created a new role in Cornwall specifically to manage the app's rollout and ongoing operations - Hayley Mason has been appointed to oversee implementation across the company's UK portfolio.

The app includes built-in compliance management features such as fire safety checks and regulatory tracking, with Finest Retreats handling the complexity so property owners maintain evolving compliance effortlessly.
The technology investment demonstrates the company's owner-centric approach, prioritising systems that maintain the highest standards across their growing portfolio.
The app launched earlier this month across iOS and Android devices.
