All-inclusive smartphone app supports launch of new Ying’nFlo property in Hong Kong

New development will be launched alongside an app allowing guests to manage their stay from the palm of their hand

Langham Hospitality Group has signed an agreement to manage a Ying’nFlo in Admiralty, Hong Kong, scheduled to open in September 2023. 

The new property follows the successful debut of the first Ying’nFlo concept which launched in the colourful district of Wanchai, Hong Kong in October last year.

This second property in Hong Kong is aiming to capture the bold, optimistic spirit of Millennials, GenZ’ers and the young at heart - supported by its smart guest experience for a generation that has grown up digital.

One major element of achieving this is the all-in-one Ying’nFlo app, enabling guests to connect with every aspect of their stay from the palm of their hand. 

Guests are able to check in and check out using the smartphone app, as well as use their phone as a digital keycard.

It includes messaging which connects guests to available in-house services, allows them to make requests and to get in touch with staff before arrival.
