The global technology platform will power personalised guest experiences

SevenRooms, a guest experience and retention platform for the hospitality industry, last week announced its agreement with Marriott International to become a preferred restaurant technology provider.

SevenRooms is live across 25 countries at Marriott brands including W Hotels, The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, Sheraton, Le Méridien, Westin and many more.

For restaurants, bars, and other F&B outlets in Marriott-branded hotels, the SevenRooms platform offers a suite of tools to help drive incremental revenue, increase operational efficiencies, and offerings for guest experiences.

The technology partnership allows Marriott hotels access to a 360-degree view of the guest journey, through the CRM and marketing automation.
