RateGain unifies Adara and Sojern under the Sojern brand
RateGain Travel Technologies has created a single global entity operating under the Sojern brand by bringing together Adara and Sojern. According to the company, the consolidation will result in the world’s largest and most comprehensive source of travel intent data available on the market. Travel intent data refers to the signals that indicate a person is considering a trip — sometimes where, when and with what likelihood of booking — and serves as the fuel for targeted marketing activity.
The unified platform is designed to deliver predictive traveller insights and activate campaigns across multiple channels, connecting intent signals with media delivery and performance. RateGain frames the move as part of its drive to build an AI-powered growth platform for hotels and travel companies seeking to increase direct bookings.

The announcement also follows RateGain’s acquisition of Sojern in 2025 for $250 million. As intent signals become central to both acquisition and loyalty efforts — and as AI accelerates prediction and omnichannel orchestration — RateGain and Sojern say their large-scale data aggregation aims to offer an integrated alternative in a fragmented market, with expected gains in budget efficiency, advertising relevance and the ability to link marketing more directly to revenue.
