AI-native infrastructure to streamline travel bookings
Mize, the Israeli revenue infrastructure specialist, has announced a strategic partnership with Dida, a China-based, AI-native travel distribution platform. In a joint statement, the companies said they plan to build shared, AI-powered infrastructure to make travel distribution smarter and more efficient globally. By combining Mize’s predictive capabilities with Dida’s distribution reach, the tie-up aims to better align supply and demand in markets increasingly organised around AI.
Through the partnership, Mize’s technology will underpin execution across Dida’s booking lifecycle, reducing operational friction and standardising outcomes in fast-moving environments. Mize’s platform leverages predictive algorithms, dynamic liquidity and a rules engine to manage complexity, while Dida brings an extensive global network of supply and distribution. Deeper integrations are planned across pricing intelligence, predictive capability and decision automation.
AI as the operating system of modern distribution
The move comes as travel distribution grows more complex, with fragmented supply, shifting demand and rising operational constraints. Industry players are seeking technology components that can absorb these fluctuations at scale without eroding margins or execution quality. Both companies say they share an approach that puts AI at the foundation of modern distribution, bringing greater consistency and scalability to operations.
"As travel distribution enters an AI-driven era, the businesses that succeed will be those that build intelligence into the foundations of how supply, demand, and pricing connect. Mize and Dida share a view that AI is not an overlay but the operating system of modern distribution. Together, the companies will continue developing the AI-native infrastructure that this next phase requires, with deeper integration planned across pricing intelligence, predictive capability, and decision automation," said Daryl Lee, chief executive of Dida.
"As travel distribution continues to evolve, the ability to operate efficiently in a constantly changing environment is becoming increasingly important. Our collaboration with Dida reflects a shared focus on building infrastructure that helps travel businesses manage complexity with greater consistency and scalability," said Dor Krubiner, chief executive of Mize.
Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Tel Aviv, Mize says it supports more than 300 clients worldwide. Dida, founded in 2012 and based in Shenzhen, positions itself as the number one B2B player in China and a leader across Asia-Pacific. Through Dida Hotels, Dida Flights, Dida Go and Dida Experiences, the group connects hotel, airline and ancillary content to travel agencies, TMCs, tour operators, OTAs and wholesalers.
