Travel technology platform hopes to enhance offering through deal

Travel technology platform Inspiretec has been acquired by software conglomerate Juniper Group.

Inspiretec, which provides reservation systems, a travel CRM, and digital tools for travel agencies and tour operators, has grown over 25 years delivering software solutions for travel agencies and tour operators.

It is designed to help travel businesses manage content, customer data, and sales processes and also offers add-on modules including a self-service portal, quotation tools and a white-label website platform.

Juniper Group, an operating group of Vela Software and Constellation Software Ic, is parent to travel technology firms such as Juniper Travel Technology, TravelTek, Peakwork, TSI and Interes.
