Holiday Extras adds new office in Maidenhead

Firm signs new lease at RO’s Thames Valley property

RO Real Estate has announced that Holiday Extras has chosen 6 Bell Street, Maidenhead, as the new location for its expanding operations.

The new office is 3,697 sq. ft. and has "state-of-the-art" technology, including sustainable building practices, which is said to be in line with the the tech-based firm's commitment to growth and innovation within the wider travel sector.

Holiday Extras has committed to a 10-year term at the premises which is less than a five minute walk from Maidenhead station with connections into London via the Elizabeth Line.

Ed Davidson, asset management director of RO Real Estate, said: "This lease to Holiday Extras is testament to the fundamentals of this building in a prime town centre, location with a fantastic parking ratio. 

"We are undertaking a program of improvement works which has resulted in new environmentally friendly mechanical and electrical installations, as well as new car charging points. We welcome Holiday Extras to their new office and will look to support them in their continued growth plans for the business."

A spokesperson for Holiday Extras said: “The new office location in Maidenhead is for an existing member of the Holiday Extras Group, Chauntry. 

"The team have already settled into their new offices, which allows them to be closer to amenities and transport links. The Holiday Extras headquarters in Kent remains unchanged.”
