Guesty launches Agent Hub, a PMS of coordinated AI agents

Coordinated AI agents run daily operations

Guesty, a short-term rental property management platform, has unveiled Agent Hub, which it bills as the first property management system (PMS) built as a coordinated system of AI agents. The launch ushers in what the company calls an "agentic era" for customers, with a set of agents executing recurring operational tasks alongside managers: pricing, guest communications, operations, finance, marketing and review management. Guesty argues the approach turns software from a manual tracking tool into an infrastructure capable of acting autonomously, enabling portfolios to grow without a proportional increase in headcount.

Agent Hub lets users switch on the agents they need and share the necessary context securely. The agents then orchestrate cross-functional workflows, with operator-defined guardrails shaping decisions and ensuring compliance. To open its ecosystem, Guesty is also launching a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, allowing third-party models and developer applications to interact with its property management architecture. The programme starts as a pilot, available via a waitlist.

With Agent Hub, Guesty aims to move from "AI in the PMS" to an AI-orchestrated PMS. The productivity pitch is strong — standardised responses, 24/7 responsiveness and fewer errors — and integration with major distribution platforms, including Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com, together with the company’s international footprint, should ease multi-market rollouts. "Software used to help you manage your work. Now agents are doing the work for you," said Amiad Soto, co-founder and chief executive at Guesty. "By handing property managers a tireless, coordinated AI workforce capable of acting and deciding alongside them, we are giving them the freedom to think bigger and grow their businesses."

The Israeli company says it powers more than 500,000 properties across 100+ countries. Backed by $410 million from investors including KKR, Apax Digital Fund, Inovia Capital, DFO Management, Sixth Street Growth, Viola Growth and Flashpoint, Guesty positions Agent Hub as a key step in its roadmap. No general availability date has been announced.
