Nezasa launches AI workbench Tai for travel sellers' operations ease

Now have access to built in AI agents

Nezasa, the travel technology company behind the TripBuilder packaging platform, have revealed Tai, its AI workbench that enables travel sellers to deploy AI agents across its operations. 

An AI workbench is an integrated software platform that lets developers build, test, and run artificial intelligence and machine learning models in a single, pre-configured workspace.

It removes the need to manually set up complex coding libraries, hardware drivers, and server connections and so in the travel sellers space it will essentially act as a toolkit.

Tai comes with a growing set of built-in agents covering content production, workflow automation, supplier coordination and customer service. 

Operations teams can also create agents for their own internal workflows without writing code, by describing in plain English what the agent should do. 

Nezasa rolled out Tai Workbench in June as an early previous and those using it reported resolving booking queries "markedly faster than before".

Tai is natively integrated with Nezasa's TripBuilder packaging platform, giving customers access to their booking data out of the box. 

An open connector framework extends this further, allowing operators to easily bring in data from other systems they already run, such as mid-office, CRM and reporting feeds.
