Call tracking and analytics specialist ResponseTap will be unveiling its technology services at this year’s Travel Technology Europe trade show.
TTE will mark its 10th anniversary on February 5 and 6 at Earl’s Court exhibition centre in London next week.
ResponseTap offer two services, rTap Insight, its tracking and analytics software, and premium service rTap Intel.
The technology allows firms to determine how each customer came to make the call including keywords and attribution for offline marketing activity like brochures, leaflets and television and radio advertising.
The insight means customers can tell which marketing channels and strategies are driving the greatest number of calls.
rTap Intel is able to tell how a customer found a client’s business days or weeks after visiting the website and taking down a phone number.
It shows how effective marketing campaigns are at generating website visitors who convert offline via the telephone.
ResponseTap will be on stand B36 at TTE.
